| 1 | Transparent and Objective Guidance | - Offer unbiased guidance about education and study visa options in New Zealand.
- Share genuine information about the financial requirements to study and live in New Zealand.
- Provide relevant information about the limited scholarships available for international students.
- Must not provide Immigration Advice, unless licensed by Immigration Advisers Authority (www.iaa.govt.nz) or exempt from licensing.
- The fee charged from the students should not be exploitative in nature and it should be fair and reasonable in line with the services provided and the time invested in providing the services.
- Declare to their clients any potential conflicts of interest, especially concerning financial arrangements.

| 2 | Integrity, Resilience, and Sustainability: | - Act with utmost integrity and honesty while dealing with the stakeholders, i.e the students, their parents; organisations including INZ, ENZ, the Education Providers and other interested parties.
- Engage in regular training (CPD) and stay informed about the evolving educational landscape, market trends and potential challenges to provide resilient solutions to promote New Zealand as a study destination.
- Advocate for sustainable practices in international education, ensuring long-term benefits for students, institutions, and other stakeholders.

| 3 | Delivering Excellence in Education and Student Experience: | - Prioritise student well-being, ensuring they receive top-quality guidance about education and holistic experiences in New Zealand.
- Facilitate seamless interactions for students with educational institutions, to promote New Zealand as a study destination, via events, fairs, etc..

| 4 | Responsible Use of Sub-agents: | - To protect students’ interests and that of the education providers, the members should limit the role of sub-agents to act as lead generating referral partners only. The members must assume responsibility for the visa filing and other actions.
